How It Works

Start with a 15-minute connection call (free) where we talk about what you're navigating and whether one-on-one coaching feels like the right fit for you right now.

From there, you can book ongoing sessions at your own pace — weekly, biweekly, or whenever you need deeper support. Sessions are 50 minutes, conducted via video call, and held in a confidential, judgment-free space.
